Umrah Package Price in Bangladesh, 2022/2023

Note: All hotel rooms are based on a double-share basis except the 01 Pax in Single Room. And, the accommodation will be arranged in the below-mentioned hotels, or in similar hotels nearby. 

Umrah Travel Date in Dhaka, Bangladesh

There are no specific dates to perform the Umrah, so you can travel for the Umrah anytime. Umrah.com.bd arranges 7 to 14 days Umrah packages twice a month. Book an Umrah package from Dhaka with Umrah.com.bd easily. You can also book Umrah packages for 10 days, or any customized packages with the travel agency.

What Umrah Package 2022 Includes

• Umrah visa processing.

What Umrah Package 2022 Excludes

• PCR test in Bangladesh before departure for Saudi Arabia.
• Daily meals (but, available at the hotel or restaurant nearby with extra charges, i.e approximately SR 15/ per meal).
• Any kind of services not mentioned above in “What Umrah Package 2022 Includes.”

Facilities With Extra Charges

Any special facilities related to the Umrah package are also available with extra charges. Special facilities may include:

• The accommodation in Special Rooms, such as Kaba View Rooms, Haram View Rooms, Suite Room, and so on.
• The addition of extra tours, like Jeddah Tour, Taif Tour, Hudaibiyah Tour, Ohud Tour, Badar Tour, Khandak Tour, Wadi Jinn Tour, etc.
• The addition of tour packages from Saudi to other countries, i.e. Dubai Tour, Turkey Tour, Egypt Tour, etc.

Payment Policy

Payment Phase-1: 70% of the total Umrah package price while booking.

Payment Phase-2: Rest 30% of the price before 7 days of your travel date.

Note: You can pay 100% of the price at the time of your booking if you want.

Cancellation Policy

The Umrah Packages are non-changeable and non-refundable. You are advised to make your mind before booking, and strictly maintain the travel date when the booking is done.

Entry Requirements

• A PCR test (done within 72 hours before departure) negative certificate.
• Covid-19 full vaccination certificate (taking 2 doses of Pfizer / AstraZeneca / Moderna / Johnson).
• A valid passport for at least 6 months.
• 1 copy of passport size photograph with white background.
• A minimum of 18 years of age (no maximum age limit).

Terms and Conditions

• All travel package prices are applicable for traveling with groups only.
• You must be 18 years of age at least. There is no maximum age limit.
• You must be fully vaccinated (completed 2 doses) with Pfizer Biotech / Oxford AstraZeneca / Moderna / Johnson and Johnson. If you are fully vaccinated with Sinopharm or Sinovac vaccines, you must take a booster dose of any of the mentioned vaccines.
• A PCR test is required before your flights from both Bangladesh and Saudi Arabia even after you are fully vaccinated.
• You must travel 14 days after you complete the full vaccination.
• Whatever your Pax number (number of people in the travel group) is, no more than 2 people are allowed in each room. Single room accommodation is also available.
• The package itinerary can be changed. You will be informed if any changes are made.
• The booking of all services depends on availability. The package price can be changed if any changes occur.
• If any services or facilities are not available similar services or facilities will be provided. And, the package prices may change as per services or facilities.
• No refund is available for any kind of booked packages. Umrah.com.bd reserves the right to change, or cancel the tour packages without any prior notice.
• Umrah.com.bd also reserves the right to charge an extra amount for any service inclusion, or for any unexpected charges imposed by the legal authorities.
• If you cannot check-in at the hotel on the scheduled booking day for any changes in your departure flight schedule by the airlines, or for any other unexpected reasons, the hotel authority will not change your booking schedule or refund your booking money.
• If the airline changes any scheduled flights for any unavoidable situation and you have to stay at the hotel for extra days, you are liable to pay the extra charges for that.
• For any kinds of unexpected issues i.e. luggage missing, or flight delay, Umrah.com.bd will not be responsible for that.

Transportation Information

• For 02 pax to 08 pax, all the transportation for traveling in Saudi Arabia will be provided in cars or vans.
• For 24 pax, all the transportation for traveling in Saudi Arabia will be provided by bus. 
• No more than 2 pieces of luggage are allowed for each person.
• The vehicle waiting time for private transportations is 60 minutes at the Haj terminal and 15 minutes at the hotel.
• You must be present at the pickup points during the time mentioned in the voucher. The vehicle does not wait for anyone. 
• Umrah.com.bd is not responsible for any delay of the vehicle due to any reasons, or you miss the vehicle for delayed presence at the pickup points.

Hotel Policy

• The hotel check-in time is 04:00 PM and the check-out time is 12:00 PM. Umrah.com.bd not take any responsibilities for early / delayed check-in / check-out.
• The hotel authorities reserve the right to provide available rooms as per booking. 
• For any request to change room, you have to contact to the hotel reception.
• Umrah.com.bd. is not responsible if the hotel authorities refuse any of your requests, or for any inconvenience.

Passport Instruction

• Do not give your passport to anyone even to our representative or driver during your stay in Saudi Arabia. However, the legal authority may take your passport for a few minutes to complete some official formalities. Don’t forget to take your passport back after the official works are done.
• If you have to give your passport to anyone for any reason, inform Umrah.com.bd as soon as possible on the same day.

Moyallem Activities

• While you perform Umrah, Moyallem will not be available but can be available on special requests. A tour guide or a driver cum guide will be available at the time of your Ziyarah.
• Neither the driver nor the tour guide is responsible for carrying your luggage to/from the hotel.
